The following
are unguided hunts for the experienced hunter and outdoorsman who wishes to
act
as his/her own guide and does not need assistance in the wilderness. Non-resident
hunters do not require a registered guide to hunt Moose, Caribou, & Black Bear.
However, non-resident Aliens
must have a guide for all species of big game. Non-resident US citizens need
a registered guide for Brown/Grizzly Bear, Dall Sheep, and Mountain Goat.
Our transporters
will fly you up to 150 miles from either Anchorage, Kenai, Dillingham or Aniak
into
a roadless territory, a mountainous area dotted with lakes where both rifle
and bowhunters have
claimed many exceptional trophies. Here, in the legendary Taylor Mountains,
and the Mulchatna
and Nushagak river valleys, is where you'll find trophy moose and herds of migrating
caribou.
Depending on your
objectives, you can hunt moose, caribou or black bear singly or in combination.
Many of the game areas provide excellent opportunities for taking all three.
If you prefer the
experience of hunting two areas a move to a second site can be pre-arranged.
At the end of your
hunt we arrange to transport you, your game and trophies back to wherever your
last commercial
flight terminated.
